Tech-Loving Subcontractors
TO SUPPORT REPLY-ALL PROJECTS

I’m always looking for curious, organized subcontractors who love exploring new tech — especially CRMs, project management tools, and automation platforms.

You’ll help me implement and automate systems for small businesses and teams. I’ll handle client relationships and project management; you’ll dive into the tech with me to build, connect, and streamline tools.

About the work

  • You may be building workflows, automations, and integrations between tools

  • You’ll be coached by Sara on builds as needed - you’re not in it alone!

  • Typically 5–20 hours per project

  • Some data prep, cleaning, and structuring for smooth system setups

  • Working async — with occasional short video updates or Loom walkthroughs when we’re mid-project

  • Monthly pay unless otherwise requested

  • Pay range will be based on experience and skills, for example:

    • A student or recent grad may start at $30/hr

    • Someone with a few years of experience may be at $40-50/hr

    • Someone with more senior skills and experience across various tool categories could be at $70-80/hr

You might be a good fit if:

  • You’ve built or automated workflows in any CRM or project management tool

  • You’re comfortable with Zapier or similar platforms

  • You’re endlessly curious about tech tools and love to experiment and learn

  • You enjoy collaborating with another tech-minded person, but don’t want to manage clients directly

  • You are self-employed and don’t love the selling bit, and have the capacity for more projects
